Student Office Assistant for Executive Assistant

The Student Office Assistant for Executive Assistant will perform a wide variety of clerical duties for the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO and Vice President of Development / Campaign Coordinator. This position is responsible for preparing reports, data entry, calendar management, assisting with meeting preparation, Foundation events and mailings, filing and other projects as requested. 

JOB DUTIES:

  • Filing, organizing and recording data

  • Schedule and prepare materials for meetings

  • Prepare reports

  • Receptionist duties as needed

  • Enter contact reports in database

  • Provide assistance with preparation and staffing of Foundation events

  • Other administrative duties as requested

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrated ability with professional writing and editing

  • Proficiency with operation of basic office equipment such as a personal computer, fax machine and copier

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software applications

  • Experience working with databases; finding and compiling data for other applications

  • Accuracy and excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work well with others

  • Dependable and reliable

  • A clear understanding of the need for confidentiality of sensitive information
