Student Office Assistant for Executive Assistant
The Student Office Assistant for Executive Assistant will perform a wide variety of clerical duties for the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO and Vice President of Development / Campaign Coordinator. This position is responsible for preparing reports, data entry, calendar management, assisting with meeting preparation, Foundation events and mailings, filing and other projects as requested.
JOB DUTIES:
Filing, organizing and recording data
Schedule and prepare materials for meetings
Prepare reports
Receptionist duties as needed
Enter contact reports in database
Provide assistance with preparation and staffing of Foundation events
Other administrative duties as requested
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrated ability with professional writing and editing
Proficiency with operation of basic office equipment such as a personal computer, fax machine and copier
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software applications
Experience working with databases; finding and compiling data for other applications
Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well with others
Dependable and reliable
- A clear understanding of the need for confidentiality of sensitive information
